About Calvary Apostolic Church

VISION STATEMENT
The vision of Calvary Apostolic Church is to see people saved
and then sent out in the service of Jesus Christ.

MISSION STATEMENT
To accomplish the vision of Calvary Apostolic Church …
To see people saved
We will faithfully preach the new birth message (John 3:3, 5; Acts 2:38), and
teach Apostolic doctrine, emphasizing a whole new way of living (II
Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 2:20; I Peter 1:13-16).
To send saved people out into the World
We will train them through discipleship (Matthew 28:19-20; Philippians 2:12-
13) and mentoring (I Corinthians 11:1), providing opportunity for discovery,
use, and growth in one’s spiritual gifting (Romans 12:6-8; I Corinthians 12:8-
10; Ephesians 4:11) for true Apostolic ministry (Mark 16:17-18; I Peter 4:10)
that defeats satan (I John 3:8) and delivers people (II Corinthians 5:18).
In service to Jesus Christ
We will be a worshipping (Philippians 3:3), witnessing (I Peter 3:15), and
working (Ephesians 2:10; Hebrews 10:24) assembly — all for the glory of our
Lord Jesus and the growth of His kingdom, beginning with the community of
Swissvale, PA … and beyond (Acts 1:8)

“‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD of hosts.”
Zechariah 4:6
